Amber relocated to the Pacific Northwest from the Central Coast of California, also known as “Wine Country”. Born and raised in Fresno, California, Amber attended California State University, Long Beach where she majored in Broadcast Journalism and minored in Sociology. Amber went on to hold directorial and managerial roles in education and retail environments and after a decade in those industries, she began her career in residential real estate. Finally finding her niche, Amber quickly advanced from Assistant to Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent and New Home Sales Lead, giving her a broad scope and considerable experience. Now over 13 years into her real estate career, Amber prides herself on counseling clients about the market and the buying and/or selling processes, commanding negotiations and smoothly facilitating transactions to a successful close of escrow. Amber has helped over 250 families successfully sell their homes and/or purchase replacement property! She has also sold 140 new construction homes working directly under builders and alongside their contractors. Now, Amber works alongside top brokers and under leading brokerages that provide innovative solutions and superior customer service, which enables her to have an unstoppable drive to exceed client expectations while positively shaping the community, setting her apart from the rest.
Besides having a passion for people and property, the reason why Amber sells real estate is her family. Her husband, Brian, is a high school Physical Education teacher and over their years together, they have advocated heavily for the adoption of animals and children alike. Amber and her husband have rescued many animals, fostered children and even adopted a daughter! They also have a biological daughter.
In her free time, Amber likes to take on home improvement projects, read, travel, do yoga and walk on the beach. She and her husband have renovated and sold several homes in which they did a majority of the work. They love finding properties with potential and giving them new lives. Amber has also designed remodels for Sellers to effectively sell their property for top dollar and managed those projects in full.
